It's highly likely that medicines are kept refrigerated (not warm or frozen). If you are aware of any particular medicine that is kept warm or frozen please let me know and I'll try and explain why it is kept in warm or frozen state.
Medicines are refrigerated to increase their shelf life. These medicines would have a shorter shelf life if left outside at room temperature.
Many medicines are refrigerated e.g. insulin, reconstituted antibiotic suspension/syrups and many more.
