I'd be happy to ID it for you, just need the shape and color (and whether the score line completely separates the 10 or partially separates the 10) also would be helpful to know if the "M" is inside a square or not.
Note: Unfortunately, unless the pill is triangular and bright orange, it is most likely one of these 3 (and all are amphetamines used in treatment of ADHD, Narcolepsy and/or Chronic Fatigue)... 1) 10mg Methylin (alternate name for Ritalin/Methylphenidate). 2) 10 mg Dextroamphetamine/Amphetamine, or 3) 10mg Dextroamphetamine Sulfate... Don't jump to conclusions though, until I have the additional information or a photo of the pill, my ID could be innacurate. Hope this helps.
