I picked up a prescription from walmart, last night, it does not look like my medicene. when I called to verify it was correct because the bottle did not indicate differently they said it was. Normally my 160 MG. Fenofibrate is oval shaped and not BIG white and round with171 on one side and KLX on the other the pill identifier does not recognize this pill either. The lady on the other end of the phone was not very nice and just said yes we used a different provider... I am not comfortable with that.
What is this pill - with 'KLX 171' imprint?

KLX 171 is Fenofibrate 160mg made by Karalex, its common for pharmacys to use various generic mfrs, they buy the cheapest meds to save you money and increase their profit ratio, you can try asking for a specific generic, or call around and find the one you like.
