What is this pill - with 'IP 46' imprint?

This is a small, white round pill... One side is blank and the other side has an IP above the number 46. I cannot find any information on this pill anywhere on the internet. Please help! Thank you in advance!
Pill imprint IP 46 has been identified as Cetirizine hydrochloride 10 mg.
Cetirizine is used in the treatment of hay fever; urticaria and belongs to the drug class antihistamines
