What is this pill - with 'C A' imprint?

The pillis oval in shape with C A on the front, divided by a break line. On the back is an arrow in a shape very much like <
This was in a bottle marked APO-Citalopram, but I cannot find this type of imprint listed under any known form of citalopram. It's a Canadian prescription, though it was picked up from a local pharmacy and not ordered online.
It is Canadian - made by Cobalt pharmaceuticals
Each oval, white, scored, filmed-coated tablet, marked "C|A" on one side and ">" on the other.
I don't know why it was marked APO as that generally refers to the company APOTEX which this is not made by.
