Sounds to me like it is Metoprolol succinate ER 50 mg.
Metoprolol Succinate ER is used in the treatment of high blood pressure; heart failure; angina; supraventricular tachycardia; atrial fibrillation (and more), and belongs to the drug classes beta-adrenergic blocking agents, cardioselective beta blockers.
