the imprints are both on one side of the pill, no other markings exist. it is bluish with a hint of teal and is shaped like a capsule however it is a solid pill. not sure what it is. someone told me it could be something called hydromorphone? i am not sure.
Pill imprint 44 548 has been identified as Guaifenesin and Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 200 mg / 5 mg.
It is an over-the-counter expectorant and nasal decongestant combination used for sinus congestion.
It is described as a blue caplet.
