I found half of a pill. It is blue, oblong/oval/eliptical or whatever you want to call it. Since I only found half of it, the only letters I can see are "AL". The other side appears to be blank.

However the closest I could find was AL 10 - Altace (Ramipril)
Altace is used in the treatment of high blood pressure; diabetic kidney disease; heart failure; heart attack; left ventricular dysfunction and belongs to the drug class angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors.
