Hi PALO19, I believe oxycontin is available in 80mg's as the highest single dosage. You may be thinking of a different medication. For cancer pain, many patients have been prescribed Fentora with much success. Please consult with a Pain Specialist or Oncologist for the best advice on controlling cancer pain.
Best wishes to you,
chris
