Are you referring to Keflex? This is probably one of the most well known drug for this problem. As for the pain, as you aggressively attack this infection the pain will go away.
Pyridium is the brown that makes your urine orange and helps with the pain.You can also buy Azo over the counter it is the same thing only a weaker strength so you can just ask the pharmacist how many to take to equal Pyridium I hope this helps. Good Luck and God Bless
Azo-Standard, Pyridium, Urodine (Phenazopyridine) Is used for Urinary Tract Infections. It's an anesthetic basically. It's used specifically for bladder infections. Hope this helps.
