The dosage of what medication?

100 mg of Vitamin C is normally recommended to help ward off the common cold. However, there has been some suggestion that loszenges with zinc can also shorten the length of a cold. Exact dosage escapes me at the moment, but sore throat "candies" with zinc additives should be available in most drug stores. free discount card
