What is the normal blood level for a person taking warfarin?

That is determined by your doctor. Mine is 2.5 - 3.5 and I am 6'1" and 225 pounds. I have a mechanical aortic valve, hence my need for warfarin. The INR level varies by individual as well as other factors. I'm not sure if there is a "formula" for determining the level. free discount card
