I started taken them about a year ago perscib by doctor, after being on Vics again prescrb by doc after many operations. Than I lost my job and insurance so started getting sobos from friends. I am now on about 8mg a day and have been for about 6 months. I want off all together..I realize it will take sometime and I want to be successful... Can someone tell me how they did it please... and thank-you all for your for posted your lifes travels on drugs it is helpful for me to no that I am not alone as my family members have no idea what I have been going throu or no that I have a issue. I am the one that is strong and holds the family together... I just want to get back to myself

It is all about not being afraid, fear causes negative symptoms, then lowering and stabilizing before lowering again. The walking I suggest can make a huge difference in how fast you stabilize, up you support and stay busy.

I was taking 160mg of Diovan, but my insurance no longer pays for it so my doctor prescribed 100 mg?
