Do you mean Lopressor?
I have not heard of a drug called Nopressor.
Lopressor (metoprolol) belongs to a class of drugs called Beta blockers.
Beta blockers are used to treat a number of medical conditions including hypertension, angina and to prevent a heart attack and migraines.
