What is the differences between a testicular pain caused by orchitis and a testitucular torsion?

Orchitis is typically caused by an infection (Chlamydial, Gonorrheal). It's treated easily with antibiotics.

Testicular torsion is a change in the anatomy of the testes. It's treated easily with surgery.
