What is the difference between the opana ER and the opana HCI ER? My doctor had discussed putting m?

Opana ER is the extended release formula of opana. The Opana HCl ER is the same thing. The HCl stands for hydrochloride which is the substance that the opiate (oxymorphone) in the opana is attached to, it has nothing to do with the pain relieveing qualities of the Opana.

Laurie,
He will find that unlike MS Contin and other Morphine this is oxymorphine and it works better and does not cause itching like other morphine did with me it also did not cause the nasty attitude like MS Contin did nor the severe constipation (You can feel free to pass this along)
