Percocet is a narcotic medication called Oxycodone while Lyrica is Pregabalin which is not a narcotic. Lyrica works on the central nervous system to help calm down over active nerves while Percocet only controls pain made by over active nerves. Lyrica can cause euphoria if taken in massive dosages just like percocet. Lyrica is used for conditions such as Fibromyalgia, Nueropathy and other Central Nervous conditions along with any other condition that a doctor may deem fit to treat with this medication. Lyrica is more of a maintenence medication while Percocet tends to be an as needed medication. Hope this helped.
Good Luck to you.
