I'm not sure if the the laws are equal from state to state. I'm currently on a "medication contract" with a Pain Management Dr. I'm limited to ONE pharmacy, and that pharmacy may not refill any scheduled narcotic prior to 30 days without specific approval from my doctor (eg. vacation).
