what is flunitrazepam used for and can you still get it in this country
Rohypnol is a short-acting benzodiazepine (flunitrazepam) with general properties similar to those of Valium. It is used in the short-term treatment of insomnia, as a pre-medication in surgical procedures and for inducing anaesthesia.
Rohypnol has now been banned in Canada and the United States because of its involvement in "Date Rape".
Because Rohypnol is colorless, odorless and flavorless, it can be slipped into drinks . People who have ingested Rohypnol pass out and wake up several hours later with no memory of the evening.
