I have scoliosis with a 42 degree curve and nerve impingement, no neck curve and degenerative disc disease among a few other things including crohns and chronic pelvic pain, what if anything has a chiropractor done for the pain?
Most chiros if they are worth their salt, that is, would do xray of your spine or require them before hand to make sure they are helping you not hurting, you..I have many issues, & used chiros for yearss until my bones became so brittle en enderwire bra broke 2 ribs! That's when the chiro stopped adjustments, but they still are a good source of muscle prolems too. Heat , massage therapy etc... Might give it a try( I also have scoliosis & it really helped me)...
I had a WONDERFUL chiropractor (hard to find these days, most are out for money), anyhow, he told ME that he didn't want to hurt me and he couldn't adjust me anymore. He told me that my back, because of all the scoliosis, disks, etc., he was doing me NO HELP. The only help that I get is from massage, and acupuncture, which is something that you might want to look into instead! Good luck!
