Somtimes it takes up to 3 months to regulate your period and whole cycle with the pills. You should make sure you take them like clockwork at exact 24 hour intervals to really help regulate the cycle. Call you doctor and make sure he/she knows you are having break through bleeding and have them advise you. They will more than likely tell you the same thing I did, but, call anyway. Those pills should work on a 24 hour, 21 days of active, then 7 inactives with a period starting sometime during the inactive phase.
