What else can I do to get my iron level back up?

What have you tried? Many green veggies have iron content. Also believe it or not v8 juice. If I take Iron pills regularly I get constipated to I try and take them at least 2 to 3 times a week giving a couple of days between doses, but then I drink v8, both because I like it but I also discovered it has an iron content. I find that I also crave things like green beans and broccoli
