Who manufactures Triethanolamine?
I have been trying to find the answer to your question, but have only found thriethanolamine in liquid form, such as eardrops, and bath foams. I have also found that its used for cement, ethanol and photography. Maybe it would be best to consult a pharmacist or doctor.
A mixture of mono-, di-, and triethanolamine, used as an emulsifying agent in the preparation of medicated ointments and lotions and as an aid in the absorption of such medicaments through the skin
Not a pill.
