I just had my perscription refilled and the pill leaflet describes a "brick red" pval shaped pill with the imprint of S 5. However the pill is actually pink and not brick red. I contacted the pharmacist who confirmed that what I received is actually Simvastatin. She didn't know why the description said brick red other than to offer the possibility that the fact that the color change had not been updated in the computer.
Any comments on this ? Thanks
