My son had these little white pills in his pocket, and someone told me they were o p 40's, and I haven't a clue what o p even IS, lol, & there isn't a darned thing on the pill, they are white, round and a little larger than a baby aspirin. I m concerned ... that he's using again and just want a confirmation. (Why in the HE&& would a pill be made w/o a dam thing on it??? ) thanks for any help I can get, I am new to this so I hope that I can FIND an answer once 'u've' given me one! lololol

It is impossible to ID any pill online without an imprint - sorry. All Rx and OTC drugs in the US are required by the FDA to have an imprint.
His pill could be one of the following: diet, energy, herbal, vitamin, illicit or foreign.
OP 40 is an imprint for Oxycontin 40mg however it is a yellow round pill. You can see an image here

Your local pharmacy might be able to help with the pill if you show them.

thanks Plain jane for your input, I added another line, c/be a generic...
Hi again lady joy,.
Again all generics must have an imprint too, so considering they bought them from the local pharmacy it must be a vitamin or supplement of some type. I suggest you ask for the bottle and have a good look to see what it says.
Good luck!
