a rectangle pill with s-521 its white
According to the pill description for Dolophine - the pills are: Round, Small, and White, imprinted with 54, 162 on them.
Generic Name - methadone
Strength(s) - 5 mg
Imprint(s) - 54 162
The closest I could find on anything with S-521 imprint is a pinkisk oval pill; I used the pill identifier and it doesn't show any white rectangular pills fitting that description with that marking.
