There are 4 main germs that cause bladder infections and usually they are not sexually transmitter. However, if the woman has a discharge from an std that caused a bladder infection, then both people would have to take the medcine to treat it. They can culture the urine specimen and tell which bacteria is causing it. They don't always culture it though, sometimes they just look for blood or an elevated white count to diagnose a bladder infection. free discount card
