Find a way to get ten minutes periods of rest during the day. Early afternoon is a good time. Exercise moderately -- 15 minute walks several times a day. Stay as cool as possible. Stay out of the heat and sun whenever practical. Drink lots of water and Crystal Light. When I'm really ragged and have to time to rest, I'll drink an energy drink. But most important of all is avoiding overheating and short napping,
