Please read notes that I have put in this research. I wish you the best. : )
"Xyzal (levocetirizine) is an antihistamine that reduces the natural chemical histamine in the body. Histamine can produce symptoms of sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and runny nose. Xyzal works by blocking the actions of histamine.
Xyzal is used to treat symptoms of year-round (perennial) allergies in adults and children who are at least 6 months old. Xyzal is also used to treat symptoms of seasonal allergies in adults and children who are at least 2 years old.
Xyzal is also used to treat itching and swelling caused by chronic urticaria (hives) in adults and children who are at least 6 months old."
Everything looks good so far
"8.4 Pediatric Use
The safety and effectiveness of Xyzal in pediatric patients under 6 years of age have not been established."
This is the only part that concerns me. But if you have tried other medications. This might be your only choice. Talk this over with your Pharmacist then your doctor.
