... fumarate xr 200mg. I have not seem any improvement in my depression and have noticed a significant decrease in energy. I was walking 3 to 5 mikes a day and now can barely get out of the house. Has anyone else had this issue and how long does it take to improve?

Normally Wellburtin 300mg will give you more energy. If 450mg doesn't help you at all, then it might not be the right Rx for you. An increase of Seroquel might not be that effective. You might need a brain stimulant to gain energy such as Provigil or Ritalin. Ritalin is definitely stronger than Wellburtin XL. Ritalin is a Schedule II controlled substances. Consult with your doctor in details as far as switching meds is concerned.
