I was wondering if there has been any studies with Wellbutrin and it's ability to manage daily pain? I have MS and with it I have chronic muscular pain to the point where I have to stay in bed at time. I noticed that since I have been taking this medicne, it alleviates the pain tremendously. I wasn't sure if it was my imagination so I stopped taking it for a couple of days, pow! the pain was back and I started taking the pill again and slowly it went away. I tried this a couple of times and both times had the same results. I tried researching this on the internet and have not found anything conclusive about it's pain releiving properties.
YLW2063; There are not any real studies that im aware of this many years ago was stumbled on when prescribed for people with chronic pain no it is not in your mind it is use alot along with a few other medications and has proven to be very effective so stick with it and do not keep starting and stoping the medication many people when using for depression and anxiety have found out that it quits working. So you want to take it regular as prescribed by the doctor so you keep a good blood level in your system. Glad you found this to give you some relief it has me for several years. Chuck1957
