I've been taking 150mg for a few weeks and increased to 200mg a few days ago. I take a pill when I wake up. I feel a noticeable increase in focus and mental energy after about 15-30 minutes. Sometimes that ebbs during the day, and then it returns unexpectedly at times--as if another portion of the chemical has just been released. My general understanding about anti-depressants has always been that their effects build over a period of weeks, but this seems to be affecting me almost immediately. Does this make any sense? The periodic "nature jolts" seem inconsistent with a placebo effect.
