My doctor told me to go down to 25 mg of Lexapro for a week, then combine it with 25 mg of Zoloft the next week. But I'm actually only on 20 mg of Lexapro ... do I go down to ten for a week, then take both Lex and Zoloft together the next week? I'm a little afraid of serotonin syndrome. All during this, I'll stay on my 100 mg of Wellbutrin. I find that doctors are a little muddled about drug switches, so I always research. Thanks!!
I take Wellbutrin and Lexapro, but am changing to Zoloft, which I would take with the Wellbutrin?

Sorry, that first sentence shouldn't be a question. I intend to switch to Zoloft, while continuing on Wellbutrin. My issues are panic disorder and society anxiety by the way.
Since you are cutting the lexapro while starting the zoloft you shouldn't have to worry about serotonin syndrome. Give them a call and ask what dose of lexapro he wants you to drop to, since you didn't understand. This is the way I think people should be changed over, because if you weaned off the lexapro then started the zoloft, you'll hit a few weeks you don't have anything helping you.
