Wellbutrin/bupropion seems to be the biggest offender, but all 3 drugs have some side effects similar or the same as anger. For Wellbutrin, with unknown incidence or frequency, some side effects are: Actions that are out of control, anger, assaulting others, attacking others, being aggressive and being impulsive.
Common side effects are (1% to 10%): Abnormal dreams, agitation, anxiety, confusion, decreased memory, delusions, depression, disturbed concentration, euphoria, hallucinations, hostility, impaired sleep quality, irritability, mania/hypomania, nervousness, thinking abnormality.
Cabergoline rare side effects include: severe mood or mental changes. Side effects where the frequency is not known are: increase in sexual ability, desire, drive, or performance, increased interest in sexual intercourse.
Psychiatric side effects reported during postmarketing surveillance have included aggression.
Lexapro uncommon side effects are (0.1% to 1%): Abnormal thinking, aggravated depression, aggressive reaction, aggravated restlessness, alcohol problem, apathy, confusion, depression, emotional lability, excitability, feeling unreal, irritability, jitteriness, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic reaction.
Postmarketing reports: Anger, delirium, delusion, disorientation, mood swings, nightmare, withdrawal syndrome.
