This medication is not supposed to be prescribed specifically for fatigue. However, since it is approved to treat major depression, it is potentially helpful if that is the cause of your fatigue. More generally, some people find it to be a mild stimulant that gives them a little more get-up-and-go, but it's a very individual thing. Personally I don't feel the stimulant effect. I don't imagine that a doctor would prescribe it for fatigue not due to depression. Unless you're asking because you already have a prescription, consult with a doctor about the cause of your fatigue and the best thing to do about it.
