A few nights over the past couple of weeks I have had this weird feeling. I lay in bed and then all of a sudden my body feels numb and tingly. It's hard to explain but I know that it isn't physical but more mental. My body parts feel smaller or more massive than they actually are. It stays like this for a few minutes, despite my best efforts to make it go away. It's really hard to explain but it's horrible and I want to know if I need to go to a doctor or not. Thanks.
Weird feeling where my body does not feel here, it feels numb and tingles but not physically?

Yes,you should certainly go to the doctor. The numb & tingly feeling could be nervous and it could also be from poor circulation or both. Either way it needs to be checked out. And it could be a condition other than physical, also can be treated as well. Please don't hesitate to call your doctor to make an appointment n keep me updated ? GB
