Every individual is different. It depends on how committed you are to losing weight. It depends on how big you are right now. It depends on how much weight you need to lose. The standard is that they expect a person to lose 10% of their weight at 12 weeks on the full dose. It takes 4 weeks to get to the full dose. So, 10% of your body weight by 16 weeks.
