I weigh 183lbs I'm 5'8. My question is i want to lose 15 pounds by mid November, I exercise 3 times a week for 30 mins I walk only, due to other medical problems. I have also taken all fatty foods and refined sugar out of my diet. Is this to much on my body or to little? I also wanted to no when is the best time to weigh myself?
