I have had issues sleeping since i was a child. They got particularly bad a year ago then I started taking antidepressants for other issues which I think were a factor in me not sleeping but i have recently stopped taking them and all of my symptoms have come back, which include not being able to get to sleep until around 7am each night which affects my studies and general life terribly. Does anyone have any suggestions that can help? I dont think lifestyle changes will be effective for me as I have tried them and I really dont want to go back on my meds. Sorry for writing this in a really roundabout way but id love to hear any suggestions that people have found effective. thank you
I am looking for ways to get rid of insomnia but I dont think general lifestyle changes work for me?

i think a lot of it is due to anxiety but to be honest i have no idea for certain whats behind this
