These are the pregnancy categories.

Phenylepherine has FDA pregnancy category C. Is not known whether this medication will harm an unborn baby. Before you take phenylephrine, tell doctor if you are pregnant.

Chlorpheniramine has a FDA pregnancy category B. Chlorpheniramine is not expected to be harmful to an unborn baby. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant during treatment.

Although the pregnancy categories are fairly positive I would still recommend that you don't take it while you are pregnant.
