... perscribed for this illnes, but continue to have a sensitivity or allergic reaction. Is there a natural approach to treating this illness that is not going to cost a fortune as I am on a very fixed income? I also suffer from a wide range of other illnesses. Combined with the fibromyalgia, have left me unemployable. (bulging and herniated disks in several areas of spine,Daily migrains(treated with botox injections) and IBS.
My doctor has said that Vitamin D and Fish Oil are very good for Fibromyalgia. Calcium will help your discs. These can all be found at a Walmart/Target or even in larger quanties at Sams or Costco type clubs. I take all of them and I can notice a difference. I also take some prescription meds, but I do know the "natural" stuff does work. Good luck and take care.
Dear One ~
Some supplements that I have tried/am trying:
Curcumin (for pain) in addition to the actual herb form Turmeric (add olive oil to make a paste, fill a gelatin capsule with 1 or 2 good quality peppercorns & then the turmeric/olive oil paste ~ the O. oil & peppercorns are supposed to boost the effectiveness of the curcumin in the Turmeric. Whew! Try to say THAT twice!) :)
Quercitin plus Bomelain (for neurological support)
Butterbur (for neurological support)
Nettle (for sinus support & nutritional support*)
Kelp (for sinus support & nutritional support*)
Flax oil & Fish oil (for inflammation & pain)
DMG (for pain, possibly)
Complete Vitamin B tablets (for pain, etc.)
Kombucha drink (for pain & additional Vit. B's, & probiotics)
Garlic Oil capsules (at night! to help with 'sick season', and sinus)
Kyolic Original formula (pain & immune support)
Kyolic Immune formula (for 'sick season')
Kyolic Greens formula (to boost my nutrition *as I am constantly nauseated)
If I think of more, I'll write again!
grateful for Him who is Rock, Fortress, and Might,
