I'm on warfarin and have really bad hot flashes all day every day is there anything I can safely?

I also have high BP n take meds for that . Thyroid problems also take meds for that . 57 years old
I have just started to have flashes and have not seen my doctor yet to discuss non-hormonal options. Estrovan, available OTC, was recommended to me by friends but the ingredients include cranberries. There is mixed information on how severely cranberries affect warfarin. To be safe, I stay away from anything containing cranberries.
