hello this is something my doctors and i have discussed if you do not want to go into a rehab then try cutting back on your meds slowly insted of 2 every 4 hrs. go to 1and1/2 try that for at least two weeks then cut it down to 1and 1/4 for the same amount of time keep cutting back during this time you may want to purchase some benedryl to help you sleep try this easy withdrawl and good luck
I know what will help you 100%, you will have absolutely no withdrawl symptoms.
You need to find a doctor who is in the Suboxone Program. The suboxone will take away all your cravings for the drug and you will have no withdrawl symptoms.
Not all doctors prescribe them, they have to go through a special class to do so. Do an internet search for find a suboxone doctor in ... where ever you live. You'll be back to normal in no time, promise.
