I feel guilty complaining because all in all I'm doing much better but the morning anxiety is still really bothering me. I wake up every day anxious and afraid. My life is good and I know that I shouldn't feel this way but I can't seem to shake it. I want to relax..not have to keep moving to "trick" my brain.
You better know this that we keep security guards when we need to protect some thing precious.know the most precious thing that exists in this world is the human mind, and when it is attacked we fall prey to such problems such as fear and anxiety, how about someone protecting our mind? Some supreme power that... God,when you sleep at night pray and when you wake up in morning pray for your mind protection trust me the only cure to anxiety lies in trusting God.
The first three words of your first sentence worry me. You should not ever feel guilty about "complaining" because of any feelings you have. Especially about feeling anxious and afraid. You have a right not to feel anxious or afraid; those are some of the worst feelings to have to deal with. Please talk to your doctor as soon as you can about this. Maybe you think you "shouldn't" feel this way -- and I agree, you shouldn't -- because something should be done about it, and I'm pretty sure something can be. Good luck, and don't give up until thes anxious and fearful feelings are under control. Believe me, it can be done. At the risk of running on and repeating myself, please don't minimalize the importance of these feelings. Now I will shut up.
I agree you should never feel guilty about complaining, I too wake up with anxiety sometimes. Talk to your Dr. There is no need to feel this way. I spoke with my PDR today and we upped my dose of Effexor to 225mg, a little scary, but if i want to feel normal i have to try. Anyway, hang in there and keep us posted. Always know that we are here for ya!!
