Its been 8 hours since I took 150mg vyvanse with a slight tolerance will 400mg seroquel IR, .5mg Klonopin, and 3mg Lunesta that I just took be enough for me to be able to sleep? Thanks for any advice guys and please only helpful answers.
Spear; Yes it should and you don't want to take more than what you have taken already, Your are getting your doses pretty high and don't want to take any more chances. by taking any more. hope you sleep okay
I'm not sure about the Lunesta, but 0.5mg of Kolonopin will definently help you with any rebound anxiety and may help you sleep. The Seroqeul is also good for sleep but i'm not sure what it does to blood pressure- I personally stick with benzodiazepines and other things that mildly lower blood pressure/anxiety when my Vyvanse is wearing off. And 150mgs is WAY too much. 70mgs is the highest dose you should take a day. I am on 50mgs and I notice it's effects for a full 12 hours- although the peak effects about 3 hours. I start to get extreme anxiety at the 5-7 hour mark and usually take 0.25mmgs of xanax then, then another 0.25mgs 1-3 hours later and relaxed, worry free and perfectly ale to sleep by the 12-14 mark. Remember, just because you don't FEEL it's effects doesn't mean it is not still doing stuff in your system. Dextroamphetamine's half-life is 9-13 hours- so I would wait at least that (9 hours) to take any Seroquel or anything else to try to sleep.
