But the ones I have here are the main ones that say check with the doctor as soon as possible if you notice any of these. Vraylar is not approved for use in psychotic conditions related to dementia. Cariprazine may increase the risk of death in older adults with dementia-related conditions. okay hope this helps this is the main ones that if they do happen your to contact the doctor on them. Chuck1957
You should not use Vraylar if you are allergic to cariprazine.
To make sure Vraylar is safe for you, tell your doctor if you have:
heart disease, high blood pressure;
a history of stroke or blood clot;
