Vortioxetine has several modes of action. One of them is that it functions as an SSRI just like fluoxetine, sertraline, paroxetine, citalopram and escitalopram, etc. - all of which cause sexual dysfunction in many users. I don't know what other mess you take, but the SNRI's such as duloxetine and venlafaxine can be just as bad. Discuss with your doctor bupropion or mirtazapine. Bupropion probably causes the least sexual dysfunction as it is more of an adrenergic/dopaminergic drug rather than serotonergic. Be sure to ask doctor first for drug or disease state interactions. Good Luck.
