Bout 3 weeks ago I went to the er for throwing up blood and also in stool. I'm only 23 and overall healthy. They said most likely the pain was from vomiting but it feels more like my gal bladder that's aching like a sore back. Well I only eat once a day now fight this pain that feels like someone punched me in the top right of my stomach and vomiting pretty much randomly throughout everyday. I'm not asking for a diagnosis I just want to wake up and not have this pain in my gut and just knowing throwing up is coming up next makes it all more fearful. Also I have been experiencing a lot more burping. I'm just not myself anymore and want to be able to do everything again.
You definitely need to see a GI (gastroenterologist) doctor. Don't bother with a Primary.
Yes it does sound like your gall bladder especially if you are afraid to eat due to pain. It could also be Common Bile Duct problems.
It's been going on a long time so get going!
The longer something last, the longer it takes to get fixed.
In the meantime, do not eat any high fat foods. If you are really skipping meals, try using Boost, Ensure etc.
Drink more fluids because there is a tendency to get dehydrated too. Dehydration makes the pain worse. It also affects kidney function and you will probably need scans done with contrast dye which affects kidneys too.
Best wishes to you
