All my meds (pretty much) say to take the meds with food, but do not take with supplements, particularly calcium. While the calcium, and other supplements (Iron & Calcitrol(?)) my doctor told me to take for my neck, also say to take them with food. I would be eating 5 times a day if I did it right.

And don't say "Take 'em with a cracker" - my doctor said that it had to be at least 400 calories - that is 2000 calories a day - I would balloon up, especially since I am a couch potatoe and I am so short.

Suggestions or insights?
