Hello All!

Every morning I take the following vitamins and would like to know if anyone had any idea what it is that is helping with my constipation. If I do not take the following then I will be in much discomfort that day and very constipated. I would like to limit the amount of pills I take since I am only 25 and dont think I need them.

Which of the following is the main reason why I am having such luck with my digestive problems..which can I remove from the list and still have a bowel movement? Any Ideas or thoughts?

-Pantothenic Acid
-2 fish oil capsules
-folic acid
